Getting Started

Is Noletix really free?

Yes. Every core feature — profile building, AI-powered matching, scholarship search, the Navigator AI advisor, and your roadmap — is free for students. No credit card required.

What does Noletix actually do?

Noletix helps students planning to study abroad by matching their profile (academic history, language scores, budget, and preferences) to real programs and scholarships. It also provides an AI advisor (Navigator) that answers questions about scholarships, visa documents, SOP planning, and more.

How do I get started?

Create a free account, then complete your onboarding profile. The more accurate your information, the better your matches. The whole onboarding takes about 10–15 minutes.

Which countries does Noletix cover?

We currently focus on popular study abroad destinations including the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, the USA, Malaysia, and others. Coverage keeps improving as we add more program and scholarship data.

Profile & Matching

Why are my match results weak or empty?

Matching gets stronger as your profile becomes more complete. The most important signals are: study level, target subjects, destination preferences, budget, and language test scores. Complete your onboarding data to unlock stronger results.

What is a fit score?

Fit scores range from 0–100 and reflect how well a program or scholarship aligns with your profile across multiple factors including level, subject, budget, language requirements, and destination. A score above 70 is generally a strong signal.

Can I change my profile after signing up?

Yes. Go to the Profile section in your dashboard to edit any part of your profile. Changes are reflected in your matches on the next dashboard load.

How accurate is the AI matching?

Matching accuracy improves with profile completeness. Results use hard filters first (you meet the requirements) then weighted scoring. We always recommend verifying key details directly with the institution.

Navigator AI

What can the Navigator AI help me with?

Navigator can help you think through scholarships, country fit, program shortlists, document requirements, SOP structure, visa basics, budget planning, and any other study abroad questions — using your live profile data as context.

Can I ask in Bangla?

Yes. Navigator detects whether you write in English or Bangla and responds in the same language. You can switch between languages within the same conversation.

Are Navigator's answers reliable?

Navigator gives guidance based on your profile and available source data. It is designed to be honest about uncertainty and will tell you when it lacks confidence. Always verify critical decisions (deadlines, visa rules, eligibility criteria) directly with the institution or authority.

Account & Settings

How do I change my password?

Go to the Settings section in your dashboard. Under the Password panel, enter and confirm your new password and click Save.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at hello@noletix.com with the subject 'Delete Account' and we will process your request within 30 days.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the login page, click 'Forgot password?' and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes.

Why is my account showing wrong information?

Make sure you have completed the onboarding flow fully. Some data (like budget or study preferences) must be set explicitly before they appear in matches and the roadmap.
