Commonwealth Scholarship
This is the funding detail layer that was missing: not just a scholarship list, but a page with degree targeting, deadline context, and related programs underneath it.
Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (CSC)
Funded by the UK Department for International Development (DFID), Commonwealth Scholarships support students from developing Commonwealth countries to study Master's and PhD programmes at UK universities. Bangladesh is a priority country. Must be a citizen of a Commonwealth country, permanently resident in a developing Commonwealth country, hold a first degree of at least upper second class (2:1) standard, and not be able to afford to study in the UK without the scholarship. Academic merit, quality of research/study plan, potential development impact in home country, inability to fund studies privately.
