Bangladesh academic entry route
Bangladesh undergraduate route: Higher Secondary Certificate/Standard XII with two scores at 65% or above and two scores at 75% or above may be considered; A-level/IB equivalents also considered.
Accepted English tests and minimum scores
Undergraduate English: IELTS 6.5 overall with 6.0+ each component; TOEFL iBT 79 with L12/R13/S18/W21; PTE Academic 59-65 with all components 59; Cambridge CPE 176-184 minimum 175 each; Skills for English B2 Pass with Merit; LanguageCert Academic average 70 with 65+ each component; recognised school/IB English routes where official conditions are met.
Bangladesh application route
As of 13 March 2025, Bangladesh-domiciled applicants must apply via one of Buckingham’s approved agents; direct applications from Bangladesh are not accepted for undergraduate/postgraduate courses.
