Bangladesh academic entry guidance
Bangladesh applicants are considered. Foundation entry: HSC typically CGPA 3.0/5.0+. Year 1 Bachelor entry normally requires recognised International Foundation course from UK/Bangladeshi institution following validated UK syllabus at 60-65%, 3-year Polytechnic Diploma above 65%, NCC Foundation Course in Business and IT, or HSC typically CGPA 4.5/5.0+. Year 2 may be considered with NCC IDCS Credit average, 2/3-year Bachelor degree typically 55% or CGPA 2.8/4/Class 1+, or UK HND with Distinctions/Merits. Course-specific subject rules still apply.
English language requirements
Standard Bachelor English: IELTS 6.0 overall with minimum 5.5 in each component, with official equivalencies for TOEFL iBT, PTE, Cambridge, Oxford ELLT, LanguageCert, Trinity, Skills for English, Kaplan, Duolingo, Password Skills Plus, GCSE/IGCSE, IB, NCUK EAP and selected validated English-taught study routes. Westminster states MOI is not accepted except within its listed conditions.
