Bangladesh is a priority country. Must be a citizen of a Commonwealth developing country (Bangladesh is eligible), hold a first degree of at least upper second class (2:1), not have previously studied in a developed country for more than 12 months, and demonstrate financial need. Academic merit, development impact potential, financial need, quality of study plan.
