1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Noletix platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who Can Use Noletix

Noletix is intended for students aged 16 and over who are researching or planning to study abroad. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

3. The Service

Noletix provides a study abroad guidance platform including profile building, AI-powered program and scholarship matching, a roadmap tool, document management, and an AI advisor (“Navigator”). The Service is provided for informational and planning purposes only.

Noletix is not an official admissions agent, visa consultant, or legal advisor. Information provided through the platform — including AI responses, program data, scholarship details, and cost estimates — is for general guidance only and may not reflect the most current requirements from universities, governments, or funding bodies. Always verify critical information directly with the relevant institution.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission. Notify us immediately at hello@noletix.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform or its AI systems.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service excessively.

6. AI Guidance Disclaimer

The Noletix Navigator AI provides suggestions based on your profile data and publicly available information. AI-generated responses are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. They should be used as a starting point for your own research, not as a substitute for professional advice. Noletix accepts no liability for decisions made based solely on AI guidance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Noletix platform — including the software, design, text, graphics, and AI systems — are owned by Noletix and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any data you upload to your profile. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to use that data to provide and improve the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noletix and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including — but not limited to — reliance on AI guidance, program or scholarship data, or platform availability.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, if you used the free tier, nil).

9. Modifications to the Service

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page or by contacting us at hello@noletix.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
